Dilemma is a digital software product. Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final once access has been delivered or activated.
2. Refunds Are Generally Not Provided For
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Not using Dilemma during your access period.
- Hardware or software incompatibility.
- Game, console, firmware, or third-party platform changes.
- Third-party account restrictions or enforcement actions.
- Loss of access caused by violating the Terms of Service.
3. Billing or Delivery Problems
If you are charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or do not receive access because of a Dilemma payment-processing error, contact Dilemma through the official support channels so the purchase can be reviewed.
